Letter to Edith Maryon
Rudolf Steiner to Edith Maryon
Stuttgart, 5 September 1921
My dear Edith Maryon!
I would have liked to write sooner. But time is fully occupied. The many people naturally have all kinds of requests. The events themselves go according to plan. But more co-workers are needed for the cause. Every hour teaches that. I now had to regretfully decline a whole series of lectures that I was asked to give, as well as the one in Berlin. Because I want to be back in Dornach by the time allotted. It will be satisfying for me to be back in the sculpture studio.
I will probably be here for a few days after the congress. Then in Berlin. There will probably be a few days when I can finally catch up on the book corrections that are so necessary.
My hand is fine. My voice is going well. I am taking care of them.
Now I must move on to the lectures of the three speakers this morning. As always, I send my best and most heartfelt thoughts to
