Meditation, Inner Imagery, and Contact with Masters

Selling is introduced. We should think in images as much as possible, as this has an effect on the etheric body. With the formula “Brighter than the sun ...”, we should imagine something radiant. Likewise, something that is purer than snow and finer than ether. - When looking back, we should stand objectively before ourselves as if we were a stranger and let the events come to us again as images, asking ourselves whether we would act in the same way again. - In today's culture, meditation is the only way to reach the higher worlds. We must switch off all earthly thoughts and sink completely into ourselves, then the Master can work on us. It is a commandment of Master K. H. [Kuthumi] to come into contact with the higher individualities. This is only possible through meditation, when we shut out all thoughts from the outside world. If we want help from the masters, we must be very clear about the question and ask the master for help during the devotional part of meditation, without contributing anything ourselves to answer the question. A in the sacred syllable means our lower individuality; U the individuality of the masters; M the power through which we want to develop ourselves up to them.
