The Master's Initiation and Nocturnal Instruction

GA 266I — 18 March 1906, Berlin

Esoteric Lesson

Admission.

The great initiator, the great unknown, is the first. Then a chain continues until the newly admitted. Meditation means opening the soul to the Master so that he can give it impulses at night. At first, the astral body receives instruction unconsciously, but this gradually becomes more and more conscious. First, there are ideas in your everyday consciousness that you can't explain, and later, your everyday consciousness and higher consciousness happen at the same time. - St. G. [Saint-Germain] teaches theosophy in a way that meets the needs of educated Europeans. He's the most important master right now. A. B. [Annie Besant] is in charge of the schools in the East. The master is reborn with almost the same characteristics. He works on the human germ in question. On the path, there are no difficulties other than those that the student creates for himself. And there are no difficulties that the divine part in him cannot overcome.
