The essence of meditation

Meditation can be divided into two parts:

  1. the technical part and

  2. the part that is transferred into life, i.e., how the way of thinking, feeling, and acting changes in humans through proper meditation.

Patience and conscientiousness are necessary when practicing meditation. What does a person do when they meditate?

They imitate what the divine spiritual beings of the higher hierarchies did millions and millions of years ago, and from which our Earth was created. Condensed divine thought is all around us! The divine spiritual beings thought, rhythmically in cycles, according to the principle: constant dripping wears away the stone!

What they thought about more often and at shorter intervals became harder earth substance, for example, the diamond. Imagining things that do not exist in the physical world has a creative effect, not thinking about what already exists.

I am an egoist, I am not a Christian. These are two very fruitful sentences for meditation. Man must get to know himself as a monster.

The encounter with the guardian of the threshold is something terrible for everyone. This can be said to the esotericist. Seeing beautiful things and forms is astral Maya, is Lucifer.

Hearing the masters and the like is etheric Maya, is Ahriman. One must examine what one sees and hears there, then the true form will come to light.
