Eurythmy Performance
In a letter dated September 15, 1923, Willy Aeppli from Olten wrote to Marie Steiner about a eurythmy performance at the Olten City Theater and asked for a performance there on October 28. He wrote that the Troxler branch had expressed program requests: “Beethoven: Minuet, Slavonic Dance, Japanese Dance, Spring, poems by Albert Steffen. We intend to create a favorable atmosphere for the performance by placing advertisements, submissions, notices, etc. in several newspapers in Olten, Zofingen, and Aarau, and we are also considering a poster for this purpose. However, before I place an order for this, I would like to ask you whether I could perhaps obtain a cliché from Dornach. I would be extremely grateful for your advice. As Marie Steiner was away on a eurythmy tour, Rudolf Steiner replied to him in the following letter:
