But then I have something to announce that will be very pleasing to you. A eurythmy examination that took place here a few days ago showed that we have taken up a remarkable element of development among us, namely male eurythmy. Until now, you have mostly seen only female eurythmists on stage. Now our ‘guardian friends’, who otherwise work among us with such willingness to sacrifice, have learned eurythmy under the careful, excellent guidance of Miss Dziubaniuk. Now, you see, there is only one thing missing for this male eurythmy to develop further. These are – the ideas are already there – the Inexpressibles, for example, and other items of clothing for the male eurythmists. This must be created. The ideas are already there, but money is needed; money is needed for everything. And for this reason, Mrs. Steiner has suggested that a performance take place here next Saturday at seven o'clock. And so that such a radical metamorphosis does not occur right away, the first part will feature eurythmy with the proven female forces, and then in the second part – but still in their old Inexpressibles — the male ‘guardian friends’ will appear, who have devoted themselves to the study of eurythmy in such a commendable way. So you will see a kind of two-part performance, female eurythmy followed by male eurythmy. And you will certainly be inspired to come to this performance, even if we are not there. This is because the proceeds from this coming Saturday's performance will go towards the first part of the fund from which the Inexpressibles and so on, the entire clothing for the male eurythmists, will be purchased, so that it will be the same as the clothing of the female eurythmists.
