99. Announcement of the Theosophical Congress in Munich
The Federation of European Sections of the Theosophical Society seeks to further the Society's aims by working together with members from different countries to strengthen everything that is part of the Theosophical Movement's mission. With this goal in mind, the program of the next congress has been developed, which will take place in Munich on May 18, 19, 20, and 21, 1907. It will be held in the Tonhalle (Kaim-Säle) Munich, Türkenstraße 5.
The program was sent to all members of the German section and to members of the foreign sections some time ago. It contains information about the lectures planned, as well as presentations of visual art, music, and poetry. Particular care should be taken to ensure that the purely social gatherings are theosophically organized so that the congress is well suited to promoting cooperation in the desired way.
It will be of particular importance at this present moment that the largest possible number of people attend the congress. We may be facing important decisions in theosophical matters, and the congress, if the opportunity is not missed, will be able to contribute much to bringing about favorable changes for spiritual things. Therefore, no member of the Society who can possibly make the visit should be absent from this important event. The Whitsun period was chosen so that as many of our members as possible could attend. All mail within the German section is to be addressed to Miss v. Sivers. All mail for international correspondence, on the other hand, is to be addressed to the Secretary of the International Federation: Miss Sophie Stinde, Munich, Adalbertstraße 55.
Everything else that is desirable can be found in the congress program that has been distributed.
