Unfortunately, the publication of this issue has been delayed for far too long. The reason for this is that the editor has been very busy with his many activities in the meantime. Readers will excuse the delay when they consider that the editor's diverse activities also serve the same cause to which the journal is dedicated. Hopefully the next issues will be published sooner.
