Meditation Room, Tenth Image

JOHANNES:
The time is fulfilled.
On my soul's path,
A second step shall follow the first.
This time, Benedictus is not at my side,
Guiding me as he did years ago.
I must find the way myself.
The light that has become mine
Will guide me further.
It has freed me from the darkness of delusion
And given me the courage to experience myself,
To use the eye of the mind.
So guide me, O light of the mind.
You have illuminated my thinking,
You have ignited in my life force
The warmth that fills me with essence.
I want to carry this essence
Into all worlds where the spirit calls me.
I already feel its approach.
It shall find me courageous.
If I experience myself in it,
Only good can arise.

THEODOSIUS:
United with the light of the spirit, ruling in love,
I am effective in human beings.
Wisdom has opened up to you,
Which is not native to your world.
And whoever becomes estranged from his own worlds,
Through the powers of other worlds:
He can only achieve purposeful action
Through forces that flow from true sacrifice.
You once saw me in the circle of brothers.
I approach you to complete the work of your brother.
He brought you wisdom.
You recognized yourself in his light.
You want to experience yourself,
You cannot do so if something foreign prevents you
In your uniqueness you experience yourself
Through the sacrifice of the foreign entity.
I must demand the sacrifice.

JOHANNES:
You will find me ready.
I will make the sacrifice
That binds me to my own worlds.
