136. Manageable and Flexible Ideas

The objective essence must be brought closer to the human soul; the subjective consciousness, on the other hand, must be moved away. The former is done by presenting what one has formed oneself: comprehensible ideas.

The second happens by choosing such ideas that have inner mobility. Picture of a plant coming into being. That which one does not stare at, but in which one is active with imagining.

ad. 1 It must not be brooding in reveries.

ad. 2 it must not be, for example, staring at a shiny object, seeing crystals, etc.

This allows you to gain direct insight into your own becoming. Into the activity that lives in memory and which, on the other hand, is related to growth and also to decline.

Body and soul are revealed. But now not the body as rigid matter, confronted by force, but the body as an element becoming in time; the soul reveals itself not as removed from this matter, but living in it – but as subconscious consciousness permeating it. This is an experience in which the person would initially lose themselves if they did not bring their self into it. They bring this into it as spirit.
