15. Elijah

Elias recognized the divine spirit in a still, small voice, that is, he entered into a connection with the divine through his own calm, rhythmic breathing.

The higher self of man is embodied in the air. Through breathing, man inhales his higher self.

But as long as his passion rages, he cannot recognize God, not in the storm and the roar. - Only when he is so in inner harmony that his breathing is rhythmically integrated into the world process, then he can become fully aware of his higher self. The fact that ravens brought food to Elijah means that beings of the air taught him and filled him with wisdom from the higher worlds. Both the feeding by ravens and the recognition of God in the gentle breeze were initiations.
