Und, meine sehr verehrten Anwesenden, einer alten griechischen Persönlichkeit, dem Ödipus, wird ein Rätsel aufgegeben, und die Lösung des Rätsels heißt: der Mensch. In einer gewissen Beziehung wird auch die Lösung des künstlerischen Rätsels immer «der Mensch» heißen müssen. Die offenbaren Geheimnisse der Welt, sie enthüllen sich unserem Schauen auch künstlerisch.
