A temple of the soul harmonious in all its measurements. Hence the Initiate is commissioned to examine this temple which man will then have built. When this temple of God is measured it will be made manifest whether the soul has done what is right. “And there was given use a reed like unto a rod, and the angel said: Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. But leave out the outer court” (Rev. xi. 1). This means, all that was there as a preparation must be thrown out of the temple. Man had first to have physical body and etheric body before he could work on them. These bodies are the outer court, and must fall away, they must be thrown out. That alone which man has made does he keep. That is the temple in which are to live the new beings in the Jupiter period.","text_trust":"verbatim","quote_safe":true,"title":"Lecture IX","site_heading":"Human Evolution and the Spiritualized Earth's Future Form","site_heading_note":"A heading the site wrote for this unit from a summary of it; not in the edition, and not the words of Rudolf Steiner or of the translator. Das ist der Tempel, in dem wohnen sollen neue Wesen zur Zeit des Jupiter-Daseins.","text_trust":"verbatim","quote_safe":true,"word_count":376,"url":"https://anthroposophy.ai/v1/steiner/de/ga/104/1908-06-26/p020"}],"english":["GA 104/1908-06-26/p017","GA 104/1908-06-26/p018"],"method":"length","confidence":"medium","correspondence":"established","length_check":{"de_words":376,"en_words":375,"ratio":1.0,"partial":false},"pairing_state":"verified","verified":true,"evidence":["length","anchors","reader"],"reader_german":["GA 104/1908-06-26/p020"],"reader_part":true},"witness_completeness":{"ratio":1.01,"band":"comparable","note":null,"word_count":5292,"original_word_count":5228,"may_be_abridged":false},"witness_quality":{"translator":{"scope":"unit","status":"recorded","translator":"Mabel Cotterell","identified_edition":"APC1958","book_title":"The Apocalypse of St. John","publisher":"Anthroposophical Publishing Co.","publisher_inferred":true,"match_score":1.0,"source_url":"https://www.rsarchive.org/Lectures/GA104/English/APC1958/19080626p01.html","evidence":"lecture_page_line","publisher_note":"The publisher is inferred from the edition code in this lecture's source URL, not stated by the source page.
