If you want to have a way of comparing to visualize such an initial body, then look at another person. Just as you see something like a mirror image of yourself in the eye of another person, our very first physical body was not even a hint of an image of it, but a mirror image, cast into the warm matter by the higher bodies, Atma - Budhi - Manas.
