He led the gaze of man out into cosmic space, and announced that what people had called the limitations of space, what they had placed there as the eighth sphere limiting everything in space—was in reality *no* limitation; it was Maya, or illusion; for an infinite number of worlds had been poured forth into cosmic space. That which was formerly considered to be the boundary of space was shown to be only the boundary of the sense-world of man, and if we direct our gaze beyond the sense-world, we shall no longer see the world only as known to the senses, but we shall also recognize Infinity.","text_trust":"verbatim","quote_safe":true,"title":"Lecture III","site_heading":null,"date":null,"location":null,"word_count":118,"url":"https://anthroposophy.ai/v1/steiner/en/ga/15/l03/p025?edition=ASGB1921","alignment_confidence":"high","alignment_reason":"beads:length","two_voice_volume":false,"translation_credit":null,"edition_coverage":{"de":["original"],"en":["AP1992","ASGB1921"]},"available_versions":[{"lang":"de","edition":"original","edition_basis":null,"is_original":true,"is_default_edition":true,"url":"https://anthroposophy.ai/v1/steiner/de/ga/15/l03/p025"},{"lang":"en","edition":"AP1992","edition_basis":null,"is_original":false,"is_default_edition":true,"url":"https://anthroposophy.ai/v1/steiner/en/ga/15/l03/p025","paragraph_aligned":true},{"lang":"en","edition":"ASGB1921","edition_basis":null,"is_original":false,"is_default_edition":false,"url":"https://anthroposophy.ai/v1/steiner/en/ga/15/l03/p025?edition=ASGB1921","paragraph_aligned":true}],"german_anchor":{"de_prefix":"l03","de_passages":[{"locus":"GA 15/l03/p031","url":"https://anthroposophy.ai/v1/steiner/de/ga/15/l03/p031"},{"locus":"GA 15/l03/p032","url":"https://anthroposophy.ai/v1/steiner/de/ga/15/l03/p032"}],"bead_confidence":"high","pairing_state":"proposed","verified":false,"length_check":{"de_words":436,"en_words":493,"ratio":1.13,"partial":false},"correspondence":"established","note":"English passage numbering is edition-relative, so the same number need not name the same paragraph in the German.
