I will hint at them because they will lead us to a final thought. As I said, I will elaborate on this in the next few days. For example, we have parts of our organism which, in their configuration, still clearly bear the original impulses of the old Saturn development, but which have been transformed and reshaped many times, so that they cannot easily be recognized in their present form without studying the Akasha Chronicle. Schematically represented (see drawing p. 148, a), the bones surrounding the spinal cord were first laid down during the ancient Saturn evolution, still in the element of warmth, and were always transformed during the next evolutions. Those bones that attach as ribs were then added at the time of the moon evolution. They have been less remodeled because their first rudiments were laid less long ago.","text_trust":"verbatim","quote_safe":true,"title":"Second Lecture","site_heading":"The Four Members and Cosmic-Astral Correspondences","site_heading_note":"A heading the site wrote for this unit from a summary of it; not in the edition, and not the words of Rudolf Steiner or of the translator. Sie sind weniger umgestaltet, weil ihre ersten Ansätze weniger weit zurückliegen.","text_trust":"verbatim","quote_safe":true,"word_count":151,"url":"https://anthroposophy.ai/v1/steiner/de/ga/156/1914-12-13/p033"}],"english":["GA 156/1914-12-13/p034"],"method":"length","confidence":"high","correspondence":"established","length_check":{"de_words":151,"en_words":161,"ratio":1.07,"partial":false},"pairing_state":"proposed","verified":false},"witness_completeness":{"ratio":1.05,"band":"comparable","note":null,"word_count":5971,"original_word_count":5709,"may_be_abridged":false},"witness_quality":{"translator":{"scope":"unit","status":"recorded","translator":"Steiner Online Library","identified_edition":"SOL2024","book_title":"How Does One Enter the World of Ideas?","publisher":"Steiner Online Library","publisher_inferred":true,"match_score":1.0,"source_url":"https://www.rsarchive.org/Lectures/GA156/English/SOL2024/19141213p01.html","evidence":"lecture_page_line","publisher_note":"The publisher is inferred from the edition code in this lecture's source URL, not stated by the source page.
