I have already repeatedly included such things in previous considerations. For example, I mentioned how it was by no means a general requirement in the ancient Roman Empire that all children learn the basics of arithmetic, but that it was a general requirement that every child who grew up knew the Twelve Tables of the Law. The view of what should be the general opinion, general knowledge within humanity, has changed a great deal over time. These things are connected with the whole development of humanity.
