The individual man experiences his destiny. But as soon as two human beings are working together, something more arises,— *more* than the working out of the individual destinies of the one and of the other. Something takes place as between the two, transcending the individual experiences of either. Ordinary consciousness perceives no connection of what happens between man and man, with what goes on in the spiritual worlds above.
