However, an initiate looks upon all of this as the outer I manifestation of what is behind it. He tells himself: You should really see—and he does see it, as his soul becomes increasingly active—you should really see the red in a rose begin to spray out above and below as tiny flashes of lightning, and whereas the front part becomes dulled, the red in the rear interacts with the sphere of the Seraphim, and all sounds are linked with the sphere of the Cherubim, and everything that we touch I is connected with the sphere of the Thrones.
