Der Geheimlehrer braucht allerdings nichts zu wissen über Beruf, Lebensweise, Familienangehörige oder Erlebnisse des Schülers; er braucht sich nur eine intime Kenntnis seiner Seele und seines Geistes und der jeweiligen Stufe, auf der sie stehen, zu verschaffen. Die Art und Weise, wie der Geheimlehrer sich diese verschafft, kann heute noch nicht mitgeteilt werden; die Mitteilung wird aber folgen in den Vorträgen über das Hellsehen. Außerdem ist die innere Entwickelung mit ganz bestimmten Folgeerscheinungen für jeden Menschen verknüpft. Wer seinen Pfad antritt, muß sich klar darüber sein, daß in seinem Wesen ganz bestimmte Eigenschaften auftreten werden. Diese Eigenschaften sind Symptome der inneren Entwickelung. Sie sind sozusagen ein Zeugnis für diese innere Entwickelung, und sie müssen sorgfältig beobachtet werden. Der Geheimlehrer muß wissen, wie er diese Symptome zu deuten hat.
