When this process is complete, the human being leaves behind the astral body as the third corpse and continues to live with the ego and causal body. The discarded astral body is actually unnecessary for the further states of the human being. Let us take another look at the effects of Kamaloka life on the soul. If someone has caused suffering to another, they experience it themselves in Kamaloka: they experience the effect it had on the other person. By going through this, they are warned for the future. These experiences that the human being has in Kamaloka are lasting and are deeply engraved on the soul. But they leave their astral corpse behind. These astral corpses are always visible to clairvoyants on the astral plane. They dissolve only slowly. Later, the soul enters the devachanic world. There, the person is able to process everything they have absorbed in Kamaloka, everything they have engraved upon themselves.","text_trust":"verbatim","quote_safe":true,"title":"Lecture VI","site_heading":"Death, Karma, and Rebirth: The Soul's Journey Between Lives","site_heading_note":"A heading the site wrote for this unit from a summary of it; not in the edition, and not the words of Rudolf Steiner or of the translator. Dort ist der Mensch fähig, alles dasjenige zu verarbeiten, was er in Kamaloka aufgenommen hat, was er sich eingeschrieben hat.","text_trust":"verbatim","quote_safe":true,"word_count":171,"url":"https://anthroposophy.ai/v1/steiner/de/ga/94/1906-07-03/p007"}],"english":["GA 94/1906-07-03/p007"],"method":"structural_identity","confidence":"medium","correspondence":"unverified","length_check":{"de_words":171,"en_words":171,"ratio":1.0,"partial":false},"pairing_state":"verified","verified":true,"evidence":["length","meaning","audit"]},"witness_completeness":{"ratio":1.05,"band":"comparable","note":null,"word_count":1589,"original_word_count":1512,"may_be_abridged":false},"witness_quality":{"translator":{"scope":"unit","status":"recorded","translator":"Steiner Online Library","identified_edition":"SOL2023","book_title":"Popular Occultism","publisher":"Steiner Online Library","publisher_inferred":true,"match_score":1.0,"source_url":"https://www.rsarchive.org/Lectures/GA094/English/SOL2023/19060703p01.html","evidence":"lecture_page_line","publisher_note":"The publisher is inferred from the edition code in this lecture's source URL, not stated by the source page.
