Czech politician; Foreign Minister of Czechoslovakia 1918-1935; President 1935-1938 + 1945-1948. Initiated into French Freemasonry mid-1916 (per Osterrieder WiU II.2 §34); the Masonic-Foreign-Ministry-access mechanism described in Essay 3. The operational architect of inter-war Czechoslovak foreign policy and of the post-WWII expulsion of the Sudeten Germans (Beneš decrees 1945-1946). Died September 3, 1948. (Claim WiU-22-013.)
