Karl Heise (1872-1939)

German occult-historian whose 1918 Entente- Freimaurerei und Weltkrieg defense of Heise was politically explosive in the post-1918 anthroposophical context — the principal source of Steiner's reputation among post-WWII anthroposophists for "right-wing tendencies" (a reading Osterrieder ch II.2 carefully reconstructs and partially rejects).Steiner's (Entente Freemasonry and the World War, 600+ pages) Steiner publicly endorsed via a foreword. Heise documented the Entente-side Masonic operational role in WWI propaganda.
