Meditation for an Anthroposophical Doctor
GA 316 β Dornach
for Helene von Grunelius
Preparation: How do I find the good?
- Can I think the good?
I cannot think good.
Thinking is the province of my ether body.
My ether body works in the fluids of my body.
So I cannot find good in the fluids of my body.
- Can I feel good?
I can feel good; but it is not
there through me if I only feel it.
Feeling is supplied by my astral body.
My astral body works in the airy part of my body.
So I cannot find the good that exists through
me in the airy part of my body.
- Can I want the good?
I can want the good.
Wanting supplies my self.
My self works in the warmth ether of my body.
So it is in warmth that I can physically realize the good.
I feel my humanity in my warmth.
- I feel light in my warmth.
(Make sure that this sensation of light occurs in the area where the physical heart is.
- I feel the sounding of the world substance in my warmth.
(Be careful that the peculiar sensation of sound goes from the abdomen to the head, but with a spread throughout the body.
- I feel the life of the world stirring in my head in my warmth.
(Note how the peculiar sensation of life spreads from the head to the entire body)
